Wynd Realty is an Atlanta-area real estate brokerage firm competing with big-name, national companies. Calling their old website “outdated and boring,” they came to us to create a stronger brand presence online and fix some of the functional aspects of their site.
Wynd Realty is a challenger brand with a fiery spirit. Their previous website not only failed to represent their attitude, but lacked a messaging ‘hook’ in addition to basics like product features and benefits. We worked with their leadership team in our discovery phase to craft strategic brand messaging anchored in what they stand for, positioning them as a smart, edgy alternative to the big-name brokerages.
Wynd Realty’s audience is primarily part-time real estate agents who are juggling selling homes as a side gig. They need a brokerage service that’s simple and respects their time. To accommodate this, we designed the website to be clean, minimal, and easy to navigate—which also suits Wynd Realty’s no-BS attitude.
One of Wynd Realty’s requests for their new site was to set it up for better communications with member agents. We made this happen by creating a password-protected zone where members can easily view and send communications with the brokerage firm.
With hundreds of enrolled agents, Wynd Realty wanted to offer them the chance to be found on the website. We created a simple, alphabetized member directory to house their photos and contact information for anyone who may be on the hunt for a new real estate agent.
