We worked with The City of Atlanta to create a website for their billion-dollar infrastructure initiative.
In 2015 and 2016, Atlanta voters approved two measures to address the $1 billion backlog of needed facilities and infrastructure improvements. The local government then invited Trajectory to create a website to record the resulting projects.
The City of Atlanta wanted to give residents the opportunity to track the 100+ projects funded by the Renew Atlanta Bond and TSPLOST (Transportation Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax). We created an easy-to-navigate, searchable database allowing visitors to browse by project type, development phase, or district.
We designed an interface that is the opposite of the stereotypical dry and overwhelming government sites. It is simple and approachable, reflecting the positive nature of the Renew Atlanta-TSPLOST effort.
With dozens of evolving projects, the city needed a website they could quickly and easily update. We built the site on Craft, a user-friendly CMS that any team member can master in minutes.
The protection of information is a top priority for any government website. We built the site from scratch on a secure platform, which also provides lightning-fast loading speeds to keep constituents happy.
“Trajectory is very professional and easy to work with! The communication was timely and transparent. Every detail of our website from the planning to going live was greatly designed and executed by this team. We are looking forward to working with them more in the future.”
