For SaaS & Software Companies

Web Design for B2B SaaS and Software Companies

Strategy-driven marketing websites for software companies that sell to other businesses: SaaS platforms, enterprise software, security and infrastructure products, AI and data companies. Built to make a complex product clear to a technical evaluator and an executive in the same visit, and to turn that clarity into demo requests. 20 years, 200+ projects, never a missed deadline.

Built for the way software buyers decide

Trajectory builds marketing websites for B2B software companies. Bowtie, an enterprise zero trust network access company in California. Predoc, an AI medical records platform in New York that announced a $30 million Series A two weeks after its new site launched. New Knowledge, disinformation defense software for enterprises. Excelerra, a CRM for small and mid-sized businesses, and Keydabra, an AI engagement platform for marketing teams. The sectors they sell into vary, from security to healthcare to sales and marketing. What they share is a product that is software, a subscription or a license on the other end of the sale, and a sales team with a demo to book.

A software purchase is rarely one person's call. A technical evaluator reads the product pages and wants to know how it deploys, what it integrates with, and what the security story is. A department head wants to know what problem it solves and what it costs to run. An executive wants proof the company is real: customers, funding, a team that looks established. The website is where those three meet, usually before anyone has talked to sales, and the first thing a prospect does after a good demo is send the link to a colleague.

So every project starts with messaging. We interview your founders, product leads, and sales team, learn the objections that come up on calls, and write the site's story before we design a screen. Product pages get layered: one plain sentence for the executive, then the depth an engineer is looking for. The call to action is the one your sales team already closes with, a demo, a pilot, or a free trial, and it is on every page. Projects range from $25,000 to $60,000 and run 10 to 16 weeks. Fixed budget, fixed timeline, no surprises.

Four reasons software companies hire us

Fixed price. Fixed timeline.

Many agencies in this space bill by the sprint, by the hour, or as a monthly design subscription. We quote a number and a launch date, and the number we quote is the number you pay. 200+ projects since 2005 and never a missed deadline, including launches timed to a funding announcement or a conference.

Fast to launch.

A typical project launches in 10 to 16 weeks. New Knowledge, an enterprise software company, was strategized, written, designed, developed, and delivered in just over two months. Predoc’s site went live two weeks before the company announced its $30 million Series A.

Your team runs it.

We build on Webflow or on Eleventy with CloudCannon, from a small set of components, so a new feature page, a customer story, or a pricing change is a matter of filling in fields. No developer on retainer to change a headline, and no platform you can’t leave.

Built to be found.

Technical SEO, structured data, and page speed are part of every build, along with the clear product and company descriptions that AI search tools read. A buyer who asks ChatGPT or Google what your software does should get an answer that matches what your sales team says.

The software companies we serve

Trajectory's software work spans SaaS, enterprise software, security, AI, and the vertical software markets. The common thread is a product that is software, a considered sale, and more than one person in the room when the decision gets made.

SaaS platforms

Subscription software like Excelerra, a CRM for small and mid-sized businesses, and Keydabra, an AI engagement platform for marketing teams, where the site is the first product demo and the pricing page does half the selling.

Enterprise software

Companies selling to large organizations on a long cycle, like New Knowledge, whose disinformation defense software needed a site that moved it from startup to enterprise vendor in the eyes of a security buyer.

Cybersecurity and infrastructure

Security and network products like Bowtie’s zero trust network access platform, where an IT buyer wants architecture detail and an executive wants to know the company behind it is a safe bet.

AI and data platforms

Companies whose product is a model or a data pipeline, like Predoc’s AI medical records platform, where the hardest job is saying what the product does in one sentence a non-technical buyer will repeat.

Healthcare technology

Health IT and health data software selling to providers, payers, and life sciences, like Predoc. See our healthcare technology web design work.

Fintech, edtech, and proptech

Software built for one industry, where the site has to speak that industry’s language and still read as a technology company to the buyer’s IT and finance reviewers.

A predictable path from kickoff to launch

Our process is the same whether we're building for a funded SaaS startup or an established enterprise software company. Six clear phases, fixed timelines, no surprises. You always know exactly where things stand and when they'll be done.

  1. Discovery & Strategy

We begin by understanding your business inside and out. Through in-depth conversations and research, we’ll uncover your organization’s unique value proposition, target audiences, and competitive landscape. This foundation ensures your new site actively advances your business goals and connects with the people who matter most.

  2. Content & Wireframing

Strong businesses deserve strong messaging. We’ll craft your site’s structure and content simultaneously, creating intuitive user paths while developing clear, compelling copy that speaks directly to your audience. Every page has a purpose, and every word drives action.

  3. Visual Design

Building on our strategic foundation, we’ll bring your brand to life through thoughtful visual design that reflects your professionalism and unique personality. We prioritize mobile optimization and user experience to ensure your site performs flawlessly for every visitor.

  4. Development

We build your site with meticulous attention to both visible design and invisible performance. Fast, secure, and responsive across all devices. We’ll integrate essential tools, implement SEO best practices from the start, and build a digital platform ready to support your growth.

  5. Launch

As we approach your site’s debut, our team ensures every detail is perfect. Extensive testing across browsers and devices, performance optimization, refined content, analytics setup, redirects from your old site, and a smooth transition plan. Your new site will launch on schedule.

  6. Support & Growth

Our partnership extends well beyond launch. We’ll train your team thoroughly, keep your site secure and current with evolving web standards, and provide optional services like content updates, SEO optimization, and strategic improvements to help your site continue delivering results.

Common questions from software teams

Which SaaS and software companies has Trajectory built websites for?

Bowtie, an enterprise cybersecurity company in California building zero trust network access software. Predoc, an AI medical records platform in New York that announced a $30 million Series A two weeks after its site launched. New Knowledge, disinformation defense software for enterprises. Excelerra, a CRM for small and mid-sized businesses. Keydabra, an AI engagement platform for marketing teams.

Do you work with early-stage startups or established companies?

Both, and most of our clients are somewhere in between: a software company past product-market fit, with a sales team and a customer list, whose site no longer matches the product. That has meant a cybersecurity startup selling to enterprises, a CRM company repositioning for a new market, and an AI company launching two weeks before a Series A announcement. What they share is a real budget and a decision-maker. If you have an idea and no product yet, we’re probably early for you, and we’ll say so.

How much does a SaaS website cost?

Most of our software projects range from $25,000 to $60,000, depending on the number of products and audiences, how much messaging work is involved, and integrations. Specialist SaaS agencies quote anywhere from about $40,000 to $150,000 for the same scope, and several sell design as an open-ended monthly subscription. Ours is a fixed budget with a fixed timeline, quoted after a short discovery conversation, and the number we give you is the number you pay.

How long does it take?

A typical software website runs 10 to 16 weeks from kickoff to launch. Smaller scopes can ship in 6 to 8 weeks; New Knowledge went from strategy to launch in just over two months. We set the timeline against the date you need, whether that is a funding announcement, a conference, or a product release, and we’ve never missed a deadline in 200+ projects.

Webflow or a custom build for a SaaS marketing site?

For most software marketing sites we recommend Webflow, or a static build on Eleventy with CloudCannon for editing. Both are fast, have a small security surface, and let a marketing team publish a customer story, a changelog entry, or a new feature page without a developer. Either way, the marketing site stays separate from the product: your engineers should not be the bottleneck for a headline change, and a marketing deploy should never touch the app. WordPress is the right call only when an existing WordPress investment or a specific plugin matters more than those things.

Can you connect the site to HubSpot, Salesforce, or our marketing automation?

Yes. Demo requests and trial signups route straight into your CRM with the source and page they came from, so sales knows what the prospect was reading. We set up the tracking your marketing team needs for attribution, and we keep the forms short: a demo request should ask for what sales needs to book the call and nothing more.

Can our marketing team edit the site without a developer?

Yes. Every page is built from a small set of components, so a new solution page, a pricing update, or an announcement banner is a matter of filling in fields. We train your team at launch. New Knowledge’s brief asked for a site a non-technical person could update, and Bowtie’s team has kept its site growing with us since launch.

Do you work with software companies outside Atlanta?

Yes. We’re based in Atlanta, and most of our software work is national: Bowtie is in California and Predoc is in New York. Most of the day-to-day happens over video and shared docs, so the main thing geography decides is which time zone we schedule calls in.

Ready for a website that sells your software as well as your best demo does?

Tell us about your product and your buyers. We respond quickly, and we'll tell you straight whether we're the right fit.
