New Knowledge, a software company that helps protect companies from coordinated disinformation attacks, wanted to move their website from “start-up feel” to “best-in-class enterprise software.” Their reputation and client base were growing and maturing, and they needed the website to match.
In just a matter of weeks, we nailed down a new web design aesthetic for the New Knowledge brand and transformed the look of their site. What was once a templated, standard site anchored by stock photography became a more robust, professional-looking website that stands out with custom illustrations.
While New Knowledge had a strong sense of their own identity, it was not yet reflected in their web copy. We helped them overhaul their content structure and copy to tell their story in a compelling way from the homepage to the contact page. The result is sharper, more relevant messaging that speaks to the needs of the customer.
One of New Knowledge’s top priorities was to come out with a website that a “non-technical person” could easily update. We made that happen by building their site using Craft, an easy-to-use content management system that anyone on the New Knowledge team can access to change the site when necessary.
Like many growing businesses, New Knowledge wanted their new website design to go live as quickly as possible. With our well established and collaborative process, we were able to strategize, write, design, develop, and deliver the site in just over two months.
