Case Study

Predoc

Predoc, known as meMR Health when this project began, automates the retrieval and analysis of medical records. Its platform pulls patient histories from health information exchanges, pharmacies, and the many providers who still answer by fax, then turns that stack of documents into clean, structured clinical data delivered into the customer's own systems. Care providers use it to see a complete patient picture before an appointment. Clinical research teams use it to screen and enroll patients faster.

Growing faster than its first website

By late 2024, meMR Health was in conversations with large provider groups and clinical research organizations, and the first thing those buyers did after a good meeting was look up the company online. A VP of clinical operations, a COO, or a chief medical officer evaluating a records vendor wants to see an established company and understand quickly what it does. The founders came to us with three goals: credibility, an enterprise look and feel, and a clear explanation of the product.

A rebrand was in the works at the same time. Predoc, the name of an internal tool, was the leading candidate, and it became the company's name during the project.

Plain language, then the pilot

Medical record retrieval sounds simple until you learn how much of it still happens by phone and fax. Predoc's platform does the chasing, ingests whatever comes back, and extracts the clinical data. In discovery, the team was clear that its buyers are clinical and operations leaders, so the site would not try to sell the technology. It would sell the outcome: complete patient records in days rather than weeks, and a summary a clinician can read in minutes.

The other decision was the call to action. Predoc's pilot program was already its best sales tool, and it costs the prospect nothing. So the site leads with it. Every page ends at Get Started, and the Get Started page explains the pilot before it asks for anything. Credibility comes from the details around that: HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance, a leadership team with clinical and engineering backgrounds, and a structure ready to hold customer stories and resources as soon as the company was ready to publish them.

Clear on the surface, ready underneath

The site launched on Webflow in August 2025 under the new Predoc name. The homepage states what the platform does in one line and shows it. Solutions pages, starting with automated record retrieval, give a buyer who wants the next level of detail a place to find it. A Platform page, redesigned in a second phase before launch, explains the web app and the API and the security behind both. Company pages introduce the leadership team and, added in that same phase, open roles. A resources section with categories for news, articles, and case studies, including a video post layout, was built ahead of the content program the company planned to start after launch. Get Started carries the pilot pitch and a HubSpot form wired into the sales team's CRM.

Every page was built from the same small set of components in Webflow, so a new solution page, a press release, or an announcement banner is a matter of filling in fields.

A bigger company, two weeks later

Two weeks after launch, Predoc announced a $30 million Series A led by Base10 Partners, with Fortune carrying the news. The announcement banner added in the second phase was built for that moment.

The site has grown with the company since: published case studies with The Oncology Institute, Science 37, and Oshi Health; pages for care providers and for clinical research; a security and compliance center; a news section that now lists coverage from Fortune, Becker's Hospital Review, and MedCity News; and a place on The Healthcare Technology Report's list of the top healthcare technology companies of 2026.
